All user content, including photos,videos, stories, events, profile details, and comments, provided by the eFamily members is their own property and is protected by members' login and password. Members are allowed to copy and reproduce the information they own. eFamily may store user content on a third party service for backup and long-term storage. User content will remain password protected and will only be accessible by registered members of the respective family site. All other content on the Web Site is the property of eFamily, is copyright material and is protected by international copyright laws.
eFamily server collects and saves only the default information customarily logged by web server software. Such information may include the date and time of visit, the originating IP address, and URLs to content you request. The Company may utilize member contributed textual information, such as descriptions of photos, stories, events, member profiles, and search terms, to display related advertisement.
